– Be a natural person of at least eighteen (18) years of age, regardless of nationality, or a legally registered organization or association.
– Be of good ethical character, willing to comply with the KOCH Constitution and Bylaws.
– Have never participated in any defamatory campaign against KOCH, nor displayed any hostility to its activities and existence.
