KOCH Internal regulations

MEMBER’S HANDBOOK

 To all members,

The purpose of this manual is to provide all our valued members with relevant and necessary information on the mission, philosophy, values and principles to which they must all subscribe for the smooth running of the organization.

The smooth running of the KORE CHADONYÈ Organization (KOCH) presupposes the creation and maintenance of a harmonious atmosphere in which come first:

  • mutual respect
  • collegiality
  • dedication and community involvement
  • integrity, honesty and transparency
  • the sense of confidentiality
  • loyalty
  • discipline

Our expectations

KOCH’s success depends on good cooperation between its members. This is why the organization expects each member to adhere not only to its mission, but also to its values and principles.

KOCH values respect, team spirit, civic participation or volunteering, and trust. It expects its members to be able and willing to fulfill their roles. For this reason, the Organization will not tolerate:

  • any member behaving in a way that undermines the dignity or physical, moral or psychological integrity of another member (e.g. foul language, hateful or discriminatory remarks, contemptuous attitude, inappropriate gestures, harassment of any kind, etc.)
  • a member arriving at meetings (ordinary or extraordinary) under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • a member charges or accepts money or any other type of compensation for a service rendered on behalf of KOCH.
  • a member uses KOCH funds or materials for personal purposes. KOCH funds and equipment belong to the Chardonnières community, and no one may take advantage of them.
  • disclosure by a member of information or data considered confidential by the organization.
  • negligence on the part of a member in the performance of his or her duties within the organization.

Disciplinary measures

Disciplinary measures will be administered in accordance with the principles of fairness and equity towards all members. In order to maintain a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere within KOCH, it is imperative that the rules contained in this manual be respected.

Any deviation from these rules will result in disciplinary action ranging from verbal warning to expulsion, depending on the nature and seriousness of the misconduct or its repetitive nature.

Enforcement of sanctions:

For a minor misconduct, the gradation of measures is as follows:

  • Verbal notice
  • Written notice
  • Temporary eviction or suspension
  • Permanent expulsion

For serious misconduct, including theft, fraud, violence, harassment and disloyalty, immediate and permanent expulsion are applied.
